    La posibilidad legal de practicar judicialmente pruebas personales online, de los nuevos arts. 129 bis y 137 bis LEC, plantea numerosos problemas de orden constitucional, lo que ha supuesto su rechazo en ordenamientos tan cercanos al nuestro, como el italiano, y la oposición importante tanto de la Judicatura como de la Abogacía.

    The legal possibility of taking personal evidence online, according to the new articles 129 bis and 137 bis LEC, raises a lot of problems of a constitutional nature, which has meant its rejection in other legal systems as close to ours, such as in Italy, and the significant opposition of both the judiciary and the legal profession.
