  En el contexto de la pandemia, se instaló una cultura desde la Gobernabilidad reactiva con diferentes matices de por medio, pues la sociedad del siglo XXI no estaba preparada para enfrentar una situación de esta envergadura; más aún debido a que la globalización interconectó a toda la humanidad de tal manera que propició la expansión y la velocidad de arrastre del virus. Seguramente con el pasar del tiempo se generarán análisis de qué países y gobiernos de turno ejercieron una toma de decisiones más asertiva que otros y los motivos de estos. Los organismos internacionales, OMS y UNESCO, no se quedaron fuera en la toma de decisiones y discursos que develan acciones a seguir. Chile no estuvo exento de lo anterior; por lo cual, resulta relevante analizar el liderazgo desarrollado en un establecimiento educacional 'el colegio Santa Isabel de Hungría', donde tener claridad para tomar decisiones, en primera instancia no es sencillo y, luego comprender que se debe ser coherente con el PEI y los valores de las instituciones para concretar acciones, más aún en una realidad donde reina la incertidumbre, angustia, temores económicos, laborales y todo lo que ha implicado el daño a la salud mental de las personas.

  In the context of the pandemic, a culture was installed from reactive Governance with different nuances in between, since the society of the XXI century was not prepared to face a situation of this magnitude; even more so because globalization interconnected all of humanity in such a way that it led to the expansion and drag speed of the virus. Surely with the passage of time will generate analyses of which countries and governments of the day exercised a more assertive decisiommaking than others and the reasons for these. International organizations, WHO and UNESCO, were not left out in decisiommaking and speeches that reveal actions to follow. Chile was not exempt from the above; therefore, it is relevant to analyze the leadership developed in an educational establishment 'the Santa Isabel de Hungria school', where having clarity to make decisions, in the first instance is not easy and, then understand that it must be consistent with the PEI and the values of the institutions to specify actions, even more so in a reality where uncertainty reigns, anguish, economic fears, work and everything that has involved the damage to people's mental health.
