Resumen de Mirada matriz y potencia oscura de la mirada

  Derrida y Agamben proponen el origen del arte en una negatividad: la ceguera en un caso y la potencia-de-no en el otro. Esta confluencia me permite proponer el concepto de potencia oscura de la mirada para dar cuenta del lugar inagotable y siempre abierto de la mirada que no se agota en sus realizaciones históricas. Con ello planteo tres cosas que fundamentan una perspectiva estética y política de la mirada: 1. la mirada es una estructura simbólica y matricial que organiza las formas de ver de una cultura o una sociedad; 2. las formas históricas de ver se encuentran gobernadas por fuerzas estéticas y políticas dominantes del sentido a las que llamo mirada matriz; 3. ante la mirada matriz se erigen, persistentemente, formas de contra mirada y miradas disidentes que propugnan por romper sus hegemonías y que definen la transformación y el dinamismo de la mirada.

  Derrida and Agamben propose the origin of art in a negativity: blindness in one case and the “being able to not do” in the other. This confluence allows me to propose the concept of dark power of the gaze to account for the inexhaustible and always open place of the gaze that is not exhausted in its historical achievements. Whit this I propose three things that base an aesthetic and political perspective of the gaze: 1. The gaze is a symbolic and matrix structure that organizes the ways of seeing of a culture or a society; 2. Historical ways of seeing are governed by dominant aesthetic and political forces of meaning that I call the matrix gaze; 3. Before the matrix gaze, forms of counter-gaze and dissident gazes persistently arise that advocate breaking their hegemonies and that define the transformation and dynamism of the gaze.
