  A pesquisa estuda e analisa a atuação do Aparelho Privado de Hegemonia Empresarial Vetor Brasil como uma das principais organizações que tem investimento da Fundação Lemann. O APHE é voltado para a profissionalização de intelectuais orgânicos para trabalhar nas diferentes instâncias do Estado brasileiro. A atração, a seleção, o treinamento e o acompanhamento de pessoas são os serviços prestados pela organização por meio dos Programas Líderes de Gestão Pública, Líderes da Aprendizagem, Trainee de Gestão Pública, Seleção Customizado, além do Projeto Ubuntu e do Programa de Residência em Gestão Pública. O Vetor Brasil, na qualidade de “parceiro especializado”, integra as Frentes Móveis de Ação dirigidas e organizadas pela Fundação Lemann, quais sejam, Programa Aliança/Vamos Transformar Lideranças no Setor Público e no Terceiro Setor e o Movimento Pessoas à Frente. Trata-se da expansão para o Estado restrito do modelo empresarial de seleção e de contratação no serviço público conhecido por Cultura Garantia ou Gestão por Resultados.

  The research studies and analyzes the performance of the Vector Corporate Hegemony Private Apparatus Brazil as one of the main organizations invested by the Lemann Foundation aimed at the professionalization of organic intellectuals to work in the different instances of the Brazilian State.
