    La micosis fungoide es un linfoma cutáneo primario frecuente, de buen pronóstico siempre que se trate en sus estadios iniciales. Por ello, es importante el desarrollo de terapias capaces de frenar e incluso involucrar el avance de la enfermedad, así como la terapia PUVA. El objetivo de este artículo es profundizar acerca del uso de la fototerapia y la terapia PUVA en el tratamiento de la micosis fungoide.

    Mycosis fungoides is a common primary cutaneous lymphoma, with a good prognosis as long as it is treated in its initial stages. Therefore, it is important to develop therapies capable of slowing down and even reversing the progression of the disease, as well as PUVA therapy. The objective of this article is to delve deeper into the use of phototherapy and PUVA therapy in the treatment of mycosis fungoides.
