    La Gestión del Conocimiento es uno de los conceptos más repetidos en la Dirección de Empresas y en la academia, en estos últimos 10 años. Prueba de ello son los diversos artículos, libros, conferencias y estándares que en todo el mundo están surgiendo sobre esta materia. Ciertamente , nadie puede dudar que la capacidad de toda organización para aprender es una de las mayores y más sostenibles ventajas competitivas y diferenciadoras para el futuro desarrollo y crecimiento de la misma..

    Este documento discute la importancia de las iniciativas de la estandardización centrándose en la “European Guide to good practice en KM”, Publicada el año 2003 por el Comité Europeo de Normalización (CEN).

    The Management of the Knowledge is one of the most repeated concepts in the Direction of Companies and the academy, in these last 10 years. Proof of these are the diverse articles, books, conferences and standards that are arising on the matter around the world.

    Evidently, nobody can doubt that the capacity of all organization to learn is one of the greater and more sustainable competitive advantages for the future development and growth of the same one.

    This document presents a description of the existing standards and will discuss to importance of the initiatives of the standardization centred in the European Guide to good practice in KM, Published year 2003 by the European Committee of Normalization (CEN)
