Al escindirse la diócesis de Tui en dos partes en 1381, el Entre Minho e Lima pasó a ser administrado desde Valença do Minho mediante una escribanía diferente a la episcopal tudense. En esta investigación analizaremos la tipología de los diplomas expedidos por la oficina valenciana, su génesis documental y sus caracteres internos y externos, así como los individuos que integraron esta escribanía y sus funciones. En suma, el análisis diplomático y paleográfico de la escribanía y sus productos escritos nos permitirá constatar las influencias ejercidas por las cancillerías eclesiásticas de las diócesis fronterizas sobre la oficina de Valença.

After the division of the dioceses of Tui in two parts in 1381, the Entre Minho e Lima area was ruled by a writing office located in Valença do Minho, different from the one of the bishop of Tui. In this research we will analyse the type of documents issued by the Portuguese office, their documentary genesis and their internal and external features, as well as its members and their functions. Finally, the analysis from the Diplomatic and Palaeographical methodology of the office and its documents will show the influences received from the ecclesiastical chanceries of the border dioceses.
