  • This judgement relates to the interim relief requested by ByteDance related to their designation as a gatekeeper under the Digital Markets Act (DMA). Specifically, ByteDance requested the temporary suspension for adhering to the obligations laid down in Articles 5, 6 and 15 of the DMA with respect to any new features, products, or services that it offers, as well as the obligation to submit an independently audited description of its profiling techniques, or at the very least relief from the obligation to publicly disclose such techniques.
