  Para este análisis, en el contexto del Primer Congreso Internacional de Derecho Constitucional Comparado “Cuba Con-para”, se va a transitar sobre algunas ideas y ejes temáticos que conforman los contenidos principales de este estudio en torno al texto constitucional cubano de 2019, giran alrededor de un grupo de interrogantes que hay que responder para entender, desde la génesis hasta su configuración final, en escalas macro o micro, las fuentes inspiradoras o nutrientes del texto; dónde hallar sus cercanías o distancias respecto a otros; qué bases doctrinales y teóricas le sirven de fundamento; qué huellas sigue y cuáles abandona; frente a qué podemos hablar de ruptura y frente a qué de continuidad; dónde encontrar sus solvencias y también sus deudas. En fin, indagar sobre el aporte externo o interno a la construcción de la nueva Constitución cubana de 2019.
