    El estudio de la serie fraseológica de fuego comienza con una descripción de sus rasgos tipológicos, seguido del análisis del marco semántico que activa la base léxica en cada una de las unidades. Se estudia el grado de cohesión semántica y figurativa que presentan estas expresiones. Con el apoyo de las herramientas proporcionadas por la lingüística cognitiva, se accederá con precisión a los matices figurativos que impregnan el significado extra e intra fraseológico de cada una de las UFS. Después se pasará a examinar la motivación semántica subyacente al significado idiomático metalingüístico de estos fraseologismos y se sistematizarán los esquemas figurativos (metáforas, metonimias y esquemas de imágenes) y los valores simbólico-culturales que toman cuerpo en la acción de la base léxica fuego sobre el conjunto de las unidades de la serie.

    The study of the phraseological series of fire begins with a description of its typological features, followed by the analysis of the semantic framework that activates the lexical base in each of the units. The degree of semantic and figurative cohesion that these expressions present is studied. With the support of the tools provided by cognitive linguistics, the figurative nuances that permeate the extra and intra phraseological meaning of each of the UFS will be precisely accessed. Afterwards, the semantic motivation underlying the metalinguistic idiomatic meaning of these phraseologisms will be examined and the figurative schemes (metaphors, metonymies and image schemes) and the symbolic-cultural values that take shape in the action of the lexical base fire on the set of units in the series.
