  This paper discusses an intertextual constitution of plagiarism. The assumptions supported by Christofe (1996), Cavalcante and Brito (2011), Nobre (2014) and Koch (2009) use as an example or plan activities of intertextual movements that are typical of other intertextual processes (quote, paraphrase, parody and pastiche) to manifest. This reality provides multiple practical ways to organize the disguise of the plagiarism text and maintain the source text. An analysis compares a text accused of plagiarism with its source text, demonstrating, based on functional and constitutional norms (NOBRE, 2014), how this phenomenon can be composed through the intertextual movements of the parody.

  Cet article discute la constitution intertextuelle du plagiat.Les hypothèses soutenues par Christofe (1996), Cavalcante et Brito (2011), Nobre (2014) et Koch (2009) nous permettent de comprendre comment le plagiats'approprie de mouvements intertextuels typiques à d'autres processus intertextuels (citation, paraphrase, parodie et pastiche) pour exister. Cette réalité donne à la pratique de multiples façons de s'organiser en déguisant le texte-plagiat et en gardant le texte-source. L'analyse compare un texte accusé de plagiat avec son texte-source, démontrant, sur la base de paramètres fonctionnels et constitutionnels (NOBRE, 2014), comment ce phénomène peut être configuré par les mouvements intertextuels de la parodie.

  Este trabalho discute a constituição intertextual do plágio. Os pressupostos sustentados por Christofe (1996), Cavalcante e Brito (2011), Nobre (2014) e Koch (2009) permitem compreender como o plágio se apropria de movimentos intertextuais típicos a outros processos intertextuais (citação, paráfrase, paródia e pastiche) para se manifestar. Essa realidade dá à prática múltiplas formas de se organizar disfarçando o texto-plágio e mantendo o texto-fonte. A análise compara um texto acusado de plágio com seu texto-fonte, demonstrando, a partir de parâmetros funcionais e constitucionais (NOBRE, 2014), como esse fenômeno pode se configurar por meio dos movimentos intertextuais da paródia.
