No supone intromisión en el derecho fundamental a la intimidad del padre de la reina de España la publicación en un medio periodístico de la noticia que se refiere al hecho de que haya interpuesto demanda ante un Juzgado solicitando que se declare que él no es republicano, lo que respondía a anteriores noticias del mismo medio en las que se ponían de manifiesto las declaraciones de una hermana suya, por tanto tía de la reina, en la que se refería a la tendencia republicana de la familia.
