    Alguns autors han parlat de la Torre del Pinaret, però l‘autoritat de Ferran Olucha destaca d’un mode especial, doncs ell va publicar la transcripció que dona lloc a la primera part d’aquest treball: La traça de la Torre del Pinaret. La qual cosa hem aprofitat per donar una visió de com seria l’esmentada torre d’acord amb els Capítols de la traça. La segona part de l’article gira al voltant de la ubicació de la Torre, doncs fins ara cap autor havia intentat fer-ho, però ara d’acord amb les noves troballes arxivístiques i arqueològiques he pogut donar a conéixer la seua ubicació perquè la gent del Grau i el poble de Castelló tinguen constància del lloc i del valor patrimonial, que necessita de protecció urbanística per a la seua conservació ara que coneixem la seua ubicació, lloc on es va iniciar la historia moderna del Grau de Castelló.

    Some authors have spoken of the Torre del Pinaret, but the authority of Ferran Olucha stands out in a special way because he published the transcript that gives rise to the first part of this work: The trace of the Torre del Pinaret. Which we took advantage of giving a glimpse of what the tower would look like according to the Chapters of the plan. The second part of the article revolves around the location of the tower because so far no author had tried to do so, but now according to new archival and archaeological findings I have been able to make known its location so that the people of Grau Castelló are aware of the place and the heritage value, which needs urban protection for its conservation now that we know its location, where the modern history of the Grau Castelló began.
