Resumen de Educación Física y disciplina escolar: la capacidad pedagógica y emocional del profesorado

El docente de Educación Física debe poseer cualidades que le permitan desarrollar sus procesos pedagógicos de forma positiva ya que, hoy en día la educación se ha visto afectaba por conductas que dificultan el manifiesto de la disciplina. En tal orden, el objetivo de este ensaño es analizar la capacidad del docente del área, para desarrollar sus prácticas labores de forma eficiente a pesar las dificultades presentadas. Es entonces donde los docentes deben asumir su verdadero rol que, consiste en enseñar y manejar los conflictos que afectan sus clases y, para esto, es menester contar con la cooperación de la familia puesto que, un alumno que no recibe una buena enseñanza desde su hogar se le hace difícil manifestar una conducta aceptable en su contexto escolar. De modo que, después de realizar el análisis de las distintas situaciones que afectan la disciplina en los alumnos se concluye que, a pesar de las problemáticas del estudiantado en el ámbito conductual, el docente de Educación Física debe manifestar las competencias necesarias no solo para impartir sus clases de forma significativa sino por igual, para lograr la implementación de estrategias que le ayuden a manejar conflictos escolares y a mantener la disciplina escolar.

The Physical Education teacher must possess qualities that allow him to develop his pedagogical processes in a positive way since, today, education has been affected by behaviors that hinder the manifestation of the discipline. In this order, the objective of this test is to analyze the ability of the teacher in the area to develop their practical work efficiently despite the difficulties presented. It is then where teachers must assume their true role, which consists of teaching and managing the conflicts that affect their classes and, for this, it is necessary to have the cooperation of the family since, a student who does not receive a good education from his home it is difficult for him to express acceptable behavior in his school context. So, after carrying out the analysis of the different situations that affect the discipline in the students, it is concluded that, despite the problems of the students in the behavioral field, the Physical Education teacher must manifest the necessary skills not only to teach their classes significantly but equally, to achieve the implementation of strategies that help them manage school conflicts and maintain school discipline.
