Resumen de Desigualdad de género en la actividad física y deporte: Revisión sistemática

  En la antigüedad la práctica de la Actividad Física y el Deporte el papel de la mujer no era muy notorio, ya que, todas las actividades que denotaran fuerza eran exclusivamente practicadas por hombres debido a los estereotipos sociales de aquel entonces, si bien es cierto, con el pasar de los años la mujer se ha ido incorporando de manera notoria al ámbito deportivo, se ve claramente que aún existe la exclusión del género femenino en algunos deportes y actividades. El objetivo del estudio es conocer la desigualdad de género que existe en la práctica de la actividad física y el deporte. Para lo cual se realizó una revisión sistemática donde se empleó como principal motor de búsqueda las siguientes bases de datos: Scielo, Redalyc, Science Direct, Dialnet y Google Académico y se pudo seleccionar 34 estudios publicados en revistas científicas. Se puede concluir que la igualdad de género en la sociedad debe ser clave para el razonamiento personal de los individuos, ya que todos tienen mis mismos derechos y las misas oportunidades en cualquier contexto.

  In ancient times, the practice of Physical Activity and Sport, the role of women was not very noticeable, since all activities that denoted strength were exclusively practiced by men due to the social stereotypes of that time, although it is true, Over the years, women have been incorporated in a notorious way into the sports field, it is clearly seen that there is still the exclusion of the female gender in some sports and activities. The objective of the study is to know the gender inequality that exists in the practice of physical activity and sport. For which a systematic review was carried out where the following databases were used as the main search engine: Scielo, Redalyc, Science Direct, Dialnet and Google Scholar and 34 studies published in scientific journals could be selected. It can be concluded that gender equality in society must be key to the personal reasoning of individuals, since everyone has the same rights and the same opportunities in any context.
