Resumen de Escrita do cinema e audiovisual no Brasil: métodos?

  • The interest and deployment of teaching movies in Brazilian universities are linked to its cinema history, in ascenario of “author cinema” system on the 50 ́s/60 ́s, when movies were undergoing world aesthetic reformulationthat put it as a form of reflection on their social role. But that courses structures have been updated from the90 ́s, when digital technologies were disseminated exponentially, the vanguard of “new cinemas” left vacant,the Brazilian cultural policy broke with the financing state model and the new generations of filmmakers trained atuniversities desired self-expression and a place at the movie market. In this context, the script was revalued and inless than a decade many courses proliferated, AR2 and AC were founded and Brazilian government started(tentatively) financing script development. As we see, the training script was adopted recently. From brief overviewof the history of writers and activities of universities, we intend to present, without exhausting the examples, didacticand methodological advances on script and raise points of reflections on the training writers.
