    • Violence in adolescence is increasingly present in our schools. It is the teachers duty together with the whole schooland civil community work around it, alert and minimize it.Pedagogy is and has always been a strong tool in providing moments of direct or indirect learning in the HumanBeings teaching / learning process.Each and every process and the way to create situations that allow the individual learning possibilities are “welcome”.So, the way we pass out the Pedagogical action is also essential and the use of the media (audiovisual) and arefundamental and allow students learning the envolving reality that they have to acknowledge.The us of audiovisual in the classroom creates new learning contexts and educates for the moral values of society.Faced with the identified problem – violence in adolescence, the student perform and animated film about theeducational theme based on the universal Rights of Man.Thus, the study problem, or question of starting this study / work will be to seek the answer: What is the pedagogy,the importance and influence of the audiovisual media / film animation as a means of reproduction, knowledge andprevention that students from the 2nd cycle of schooling have about indiscipline and violence in school? Once thegeneral theme of research, is explored several issues that are inherent in the study will be specified.
