Resumen de Projeto [RE] Animar: Uma interpretação contemporânea do objeto Zoetrope

• We are witnessing in contemporary society to a growing environmental concern, whose consciousness has beenpromoting a set of strategies and mechanisms based on reuse, recycling and re-creation of everyday objects alreadyobsolete. It Is in this context that in a creative and experimental form, through the use of new resources and fusionof the themes - film animation and recycling, appears the project [RE] Animar _ A contemporary interpretation of theobject Zoetrope. This experimental exercise put into practice audacious methodologies, in order to enhance learningand promote understanding through teaching practices experienced. With the intent to show that through theapplication of new resources, students can creatively learn concepts related to early-animated film. This explorationallowed to conclude that a pedagogical active and experienced approach, can contribute to an experience of teachinglearning more immediate and effective.As a result of this whole creative process of reflection and constant reinvention, exploring alternative shapes andmaterials, there was obtained the creation of a set of three dimensional objects, which aim to strengthen, promote andcontribute to the dissemination and projection of the aforementioned themes. Allowing the viewer/user interactivelyexplore the optical toy _ Zoetrope.
