    La complejidad actual demanda responder ante distintos desafíos, pensar la Accesibilidad Web es una alternativa para contribuir a garantizar el acceso a la información en entornos digitales. El artículo presenta resultados desde la línea de Investigación orientada a la formación de recursos humanos en Accesibilidad Web. Su estudio y aplicación en la sociedad, evidencia un elevado interés en el tema en el contexto nacional e internacional. Así, desde un espacio de Educación Superior se incorporan estudiantes y docentes que tratan la temática en su desempeño como becarios, personal del equipo o tesistas, y a través de acciones de docencia, investigación y transferencia de conocimientos y servicios, el conocimiento y prácticas en torno a la AW transcienden los ámbitos universitarios. Desde el método, el estudio es descriptivo, para sistematizar la experiencia se aplicó una adaptación de la Ingeniería del Software Basada en la Evidencia. Los resultados dan cuenta de que tanto mujeres como hombres se interesan en esta temática. Finalmente, se entiende que este aporte radica en analizar y aplicar distintas aristas de la Informática, como ciencia y tecnología, profundizando en torno a la Ingeniería de Software y la Accesibilidad Web.

    Nowadays, the society’s complexity demands responding to different challenges. So, Web Accessibility is an alternative to help guarantee access to information in digital environments. The article presents results from the line of research oriented to the training of human resources in Web Accessibility. Its study and application in society shows a high interest in the subject in the national and international context. Thus, students and professors who deal with this subject, are incorporated from this Higher Education space, are incorporated in their performance as scholarship holders, team staff or thesis students, and through teaching, research and transfer of knowledge and services, the knowledge and practices around AW transcend university environments. Method, the study is descriptive. In order, to systematize the experience, an adaptation of Evidence-Based Software Engineering was applied. The results show that both women and men are interested in this topic. Finally, it is understood that this contribution lies in analyzing and applying different aspects of Computer Science, such as science and technology, delving into Software Engineering and Web Accessibility.
