    A responsabilidade civil é uma das matérias mais pertinente ao direito, perfazendo a obrigação de um indivíduo (devedor) ao outro (credor). Por esta inserção, gera o dever de indenizar quando decorrente de ação ou omissão que gere um dano a outrem. Aplicado ao direito de família, especificamente pela ausência do cuidado e do afeto, insere-se a responsabilidade civil por abandono afetivo (ou por negligência/omissão no dever de cuidado).

    Liability is one of the issues most pertinent to the right, making the obligation of an individual (debtor) to another (creditors). For this insertion, generates the duty to indemnify when resulting from action or inaction that generates a harm to others. Applied to family law, specifically the lack of care and affection, is part of the civil liability for abandonment affective (or neglect / failure in duty of care).
