    La digitalización de la justicia implica una nueva forma de relacionarse con la administración de justicia, tanto para los ciudadanos, como para los profesionales. La tramitación electrónica de los procedimientos judiciales exige que las actuaciones de Jueces, Magistrados y resto de personal integrante del órgano judicial y personal colaborador adopte la forma electrónica. En este trabajo se aborda este nuevo escenario y las herramientas a través de las cuales los ciudadanos se relacionan con la Justicia, en particular, la “Sede judicial electrónica” y la “Carpeta Justicia”. Asimismo, se analizan los mecanismos utilizados por estos colectivos para la identificación digital y la firma electrónica y su repercusión en la mejora de la tutela judicial que se ofrece a los justiciables. Se concluye con unas reflexiones sobre si realmente este escenario supone una mejora en la eficiencia de la justicia, y qué queda todavía por hacer para que tal objetivo pueda alcanzarse.

    The digitalisation of justice implies a new way of relating to the administration of justice, both for citizens and professionals. The electronic processing of judicial procedures requires that the actions of Judges, Magistrates and other personnel of the judicial body and collaborating personnel adopt an electronic form. This paper deals with this new scenario and the tools through which citizens relate to Justice, specifically the "Electronic Judicial Platform" and the "Justice Folder". It also analyses the mechanisms used by these groups for digital identification and electronic signatures and their repercussions on improving the judicial protection offered to those who seek justice. It concludes with some reflections on whether this scenario really means an improvement in the efficiency of justice, and what still needs to be done for this objective to be achieved.
