  • The road-movie often is described as a modern Genre of Cinema. But ‘’Modernity’’ and Cinema seems to be achancy concept, that I prefer to avoid. So I prefer to speak about innovative elements in a Cinema of a precisehistoric time. The road-movie is a Genre in Cinema which infringes and transgresses the Culture and society of theUnited States of America, and that is probably for this that it is termed a ‘’modern’’ genre.
