    El principio de igualdad entre hombres y mujeres viene recogido en la constitución y desarrollado en leyes tan importantes como la LO 3/2007. Sin embargo, la realidad muestra que en la sociedad siguen existiendo desigualdades relativas al género. El artículo muestra como en el Poder Judicial todavía subsiste un techo de cristal que dificulta a las mujeres a alcanzar los puestos más importantes. Y, lamentablemente, éste no es más que un ejemplo.

    The principle of equality between men and women is included in the constitution and developed in important laws such as LO 3/2007. However, reality shows that gender inequalities still exist in society. The article shows how in the magistrature there is still a glass ceiling that makes it difficult for women to reach the most important positions. And, unfortunately, this is just one example.
