    El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio del pacto de atribución de privatividad que los cónyuges que están bajo el régimen de gananciales realizan respecto de determinados bienes. En particular, se estudia la admisibilidad de estos pactos a la luz de la reciente doctrina registral y académica, así como los posibles problemas que este presenta para su inscripción en el Registro de la Propiedad de conformidad con el ordenamiento vigente.

    The purpose of this paper is to study the privativity attribution agreement that spouses who are under the community of property regime make with respect to certain assets. In particular, the admissibility of these agreements is studied in the light of recent registry and academic doctrine, as well as the possible problems that this presents for their registration in the Land Registry in accordance with the current legislation.
