This paper proposes a preliminary investigation into the possible relationship between the interactive panoramicphotos of high resolution, the cinematography by lapse of time, with a more contemplative and attentive view onthe images we see. We assume here that imaging technologies that allow logging of large areas in high resolutionor that shrink (or dilate) the durations of events that are not visible in our normal rhythm of observation, are suitableparticularly to suggest this contemplative attitude to the observer.
