Deontología profesional en el laboratorio de transformadores en Quito

    En este documento, se nos vio obligado hablar sobre la historia de cómo se originó el transformador y fue evolucionando hasta tener la importancia que hoy día tiene. Por lo tanto, gracias a este equipo podemos reducir el voltaje de transmisión para así tener energía eléctrica en nuestros hogares y así gozar de las comodidades que hoy día existen. Lo transformadores al ser un equipo tan importante requieren un mantenimiento necesario para así poder ver su estado y tener una idea clara de lo que podría estar sucediendo en ese equipo.

    Consecuentemente, las personas encargadas de realizar estas pruebas al transformador deben tener una capacitación y equipos de medida actualizada para así poder dar un buen servicio al cliente, gracias a esto se crean laboratorios encargados de realizar pruebas de alta eficiencia basadas en normas internacionales y las que se encuentran rigentes en el país. Estas pruebas tienen una hoja de registros donde los técnicos se ven obligados de escribir o informar si existió una novedad o un evento inesperado para así informar a otras personas sobre lo que sucedió anteriormente, de igual manera los resultados serán registrados para tener una base da datos de cada transformador y poder realizar un historial de cada transformador que haya pasado por el laboratorio, y conseguir una estadística de cuantos transformadores entran, ver cuál fue la falla del transformador, si cumplió la vida útil o ver si el transformador se encontraba contaminado por PCB’s, ya que deberemos alertar a los centros de control. De igual manera al encontrarse con transformadores defectuosos, recién salidos de fábrica se tendrá que informar a las empresas encargadas del producto que están entregando al servicio eléctrico, sea porque ya cumplió el transformador la vida útil o tuvo una falla hay que hacer el proceso de desmantelamiento ya que podremos salvar algunas piezas de estos transformadores que nos podrán servir, como el reemplazo para otros equipos que no sufrieron un daño mayor. Se ve importante recalcar el servicio de los técnicos ya que su trabajo es comparado con el de un doctor ya que ellos diagnostican al transformador con los resultados que hacen de las pruebas ellos interpretan dichos resultados para dar a conocer lo que sucede con el transformador, se puede hacer una infinidad de pruebas a los transformadores pero cada una de ellas tiene una diferente finalidad, dependiendo de las exigencias del cliente y de su posibilidad económica se podrá realizar distintas pruebas y lograr obtener una idea más clara de lo que sucede al transformador. De igual manera para tener una idea más clara del transformador podemos compararle con una persona enferma a la cual iremos analizando y con los distintos exámenes iremos averiguando cual es el motivo de por qué comenzó a fallar el equipo, entre más investiguemos a fondo más iremos, nos iremos encontrando con más problemas o con la causa de todos los problemas. El encargarse de un equipo conlleva una responsabilidad enorme de haber cumplido con todas las pruebas, realizar informes y dar la información pertinente del transformador al cliente.

    In this document, we were forced to talk about the history of how the transformer originated and evolved to have the importance that today has. Therefore, thanks to this equipment we can reduce the transmission voltage to have electricity in our homes and enjoy the comforts that exist today. The transformers to be such an important team require a necessary maintenance in order to see their status and have a clear idea of what might be happening on that team. Consequently, the persons in charge of carrying out these tests on the transformer must have up-to-date training and measuring equipment in order to be able to provide a good service to the client, thanks to this, laboratories are created to carry out highly efficient tests based on international standards and those that they are ruling in the country. These tests have a record sheet where technicians are forced to write or inform if there was a novelty or an unexpected event to inform other people about what happened before, likewise the results will be recorded to have a data base of each transformer and be able to make a history of each transformer that has gone through the laboratory, and get a statistic of how many transformers come in, see what was the transformer failure, if it fulfilled the useful life or see if the transformer was contaminated by PCB's , since we will have to alert the control centers. Similarly when encountering defective transformers, fresh from the factory will have to inform the companies responsible for the product being delivered to the electric service, either because the transformer has already fulfilled the useful life or had a fault, the dismantling process must be done since we will be able to save some pieces of these transformers that will be able to serve us, as the replacement for other equipment that did not suffer a major damage. It is important to emphasize the service of the technicians since their work is compared with that of a doctor since they diagnose the transformer with the results that make the tests they interpret said results to make known what happens with the transformer, can do an infinite number of tests on the transformers but each one of them has a different purpose, depending on the customer's requirements and their economic possibility, it will be possible to carry out different tests and obtain a clearer idea of what happens to the transformer. In the same way to have a clearer idea of the transformer we can compare it with a sick person to which we will be analyzing and with the different exams we will find out what is the reason why the equipment began to fail, the more we investigate thoroughly the more we will go, we will find ourselves with more problems or with the cause of all the problems. To take charge of a team entails a huge responsibility to have complied with all the tests, to make reports and to give the pertinent information of the transformer to the client.
