Resumen de Componentes del bienestar social en hogares rurales de la zona ixtlera del Noroeste mexicano

  Objetivo: exponer las características asociadas a los componentes del bienestar social de las familias de un ejido en la zona ixtlera en el semiárido noreste mexicano, identificadas a través del proyecto multidisciplinario que se lleva a cabo en este lugar, realizado con metodología de investigación acción participativa. Metodología: en esta fase inicial del proyecto, se comparten datos provistos por técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas de alcance exploratorio y descriptivo, agrupados en los componentes del bienestar social doméstico: ingreso y educación, salud y alimentación, así como habitabilidad de la vivienda. Resultados: están limitados por la atención en los procesos de reproducción social doméstica en los hogares, dejando fuera el tema de las relaciones entre estos procesos y otras formas de reproducción política, económica y cultural de los sujetos. Limitaciones: hace falta una muestra más amplia para profundizar en la situación de los componentes del bienestar, y también analizar más el papel de los actores representantes de las instituciones de bienestar; trascender las limitaciones implica superar la fase exploratoria – descriptiva. Conclusiones: se resumen los hallazgos acerca de los componentes del bienestar social doméstico de las familias en este asentamiento y se resaltan los elementos que conforman la situación de pobreza hídrica en esta localidad, problemática articuladora de otras, la cual atraviesa las escalas ambiental, comunitaria y doméstica del proyecto.

  Objective: Describe some characteristics associated with the components of social well- being of the families of a rural village in the ixtlera zone in the semi-arid northeast of Mexico, which were identified through the multidisciplinary project carried out in this place, based on the participatory action research methodology. Methodology: We share data provided by quantitative and qualitative techniques of exploratory and descriptive scope, originated in this initial phase of the project, grouped into the components of domestic social well-being: income and education, health and nutrition, and house habitability. Results: We shared are restricted by the focus set on the processes of domestic social reproduction of families, leaving aside the relationships of these processes with other forms of political, economic and cultural reproduction of the subjects. Limitations: a larger sample is needed to delve deeper into the situation of the components of well- being, as well as further analyze the role of the actors representing the well-being institutions; transcending limitations implies overcoming the exploratory-descriptive phase. Conclusions: summarizes the findings about the components of domestic social well-being of families of this village and highlights the elements that make up the situation of water poverty in this small town, a problem that articulates other problems and that crosses the environmental, community and domestic scales of the project.
