Resumen de ¿Están o no están?: un acercamiento a los fueros urbanos presentes en el Portal de Archivos Españoles

: Desde la invención de la fotografía hasta el desarrollo de infraestructuras web de acceso público se han creado multitud de herramientas para la difusión de documentos históricos, destacando en nuestro país el Portal de Archivos Españoles (PARES). Este trabajo busca detallar la situación de los fueros en esta plataforma a través de su localización, catalogación y análisis tanto de su visibilidad a través de los diferentes tipos de búsquedas que ofrece la plataforma como de cada parte de la descripción de los documentos, precedido de una sinterización de la historia tanto del mismo portal como de los fueros en los reinos de la Península Ibérica.

From the invention of photography to the development of public accessible web infrastructures, a multitude of tools have been created for the dissemination of historical documents, highlighting in our country the “Portal de Archivos Españoles” (PARES). This work seeks to detail the situation of the charters on this platform through its search, cataloguing and analysis of both its visibility through the different types of searches offered by the platform and each part of the description of the documents, preceded of a sintering of the history of both the portal itself and the charters in the kingdoms of the Iberian Peninsula.
