    Hablar de la Secretaría General, así como del Tribunal deJusticia de la Comunidad Andina, es hablar de dos de losórganos permanentes más importantes del Sistema Andino deIntegración. Son los guardianes principales del derechocomunitario, el mayor patrimonio y fortaleza de la integraciónandina. En el presente artículo, se analizará cómo estos dosorganismos —respetando la necesaria imparcialidad que debeexistir en el ejercicio de la justicia— cooperan entre sí y, conbase en sus competencias, en todo aquello que sea necesariopara proteger y fortalecer el Sistema Andino de Integración, ycoadyuvar en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos en favor de susciudadanos.

    If we talk about the Andean Community General Secretary orCourt of Justice, we will be talking about two of the mostimportant permanent bodies of the Andean IntegrationSystem. They are the main guardians of the AndeanCommunity Law, the greatest heritage and strength of theAndean integration. With this paper, we will be analysing howthese two Organisations —respecting the necessaryimpartiality that must exist in the exercise of justice—cooperate with each other, and based on their competencies, inwhatever that is necessary to ensure, protect and strengthen theAndean Integration System, and contribute to the fulfilment ofits objectives for the benefit of their citizens.
