    La autorización como técnica jurídica de intervención de la Administración, es un tema de gran actualidad y en extremo complejo, sobre todo, teniendo en cuenta, su amplia utilización. Resulta particularmente relevante comenzar una aproximación a la regulación de esta figura en el Ordenamiento Jurídico cubano, a partir de las ingentes transformaciones que están operando en su modelo económico, político y social. No se pretende con esta investigación realizar un análisis exhaustivo acerca de las formulaciones doctrinales emitidas por expertos, sino solo propiciar un acercamiento que nos permita introducir el estudio del tema. Esta investigación se encuentra estructurada partiendo de una breve introducción que nos da paso a la terminología más utilizada al respecto dividiéndola entre los enunciados clásicos y modernos. Avanzamos luego con el acercamiento al tratamiento legal de esta institución en el Derecho cubano y sus falencias, para llegar finalmente a unas conclusiones que nos incentiven a continuar el estudio de que profundizaremos más adelante.

    Authorization as a legal technique for intervention by the Administration is a highly topical and extremely complex topic, especially considering its wide use. It is particularly important to begin an approach to the regulation of this figure in the Cuban Legal Order, based on the enormous transformations that are operating in its economic, political and social model. It is not intended with this research to carry out an exhaustive analysis about the doctrinal formulations issued by experts, but only to promote an approach that allows us to introduce the study of the subject. This research is structured starting from a brief introduction that gives way to the terminology most used in this regard dividing it between classical and modern statements. We move forward with the approach to the legal treatment of this institution in Cuban Law and its shortcomings, to finally reach conclusions that encourage us to continue the study that we will deepen later.
