    Este trabajo pretende analizar las formas de acompañamiento familiar en la garantía del derecho a la salud de niños de cuatro a cinco años de edad como sujetos de derechos. Se optó por un enfoque de tipo cualitativo y un diseño etnográfico con el que se buscaba describir y estudiar las creencias o ideas en el marco de la salud infantil, analizando la manera en la que los significados culturales y sociales permean la construcción del niño como un sujeto de derecho. Desde el ejercicio de la maternidad, fue posible identificar la relevancia de los significados sociales que determinan la crianza. La contextualización sociocultural realizada denota la necesidad de formación o información con respecto a los aspectos constitutivos de la salud como un estado holístico de bienestar, así como de generación de espacios en los que sea posible identificar puntos de inserción de los nuevos paradigmas que configuran a los niños y niñas como sujetos de derechos y la relación que tiene tal configuración con el desarrollo de la autonomía y el papel de los padres en el respeto y la construcción de la misma.

    This paper aims to analyse the forms of family guidance in the guarantee of the right to health of children from four to five years of age as subjects of rights. We opted for a qualitative approach and an ethnographic design in order to describe and study the beliefs or ideas in the context of children's health, analysing the way in which cultural and social meanings permeate the construction of the child as a subject of rights. From the exercise of motherhood, it was possible to identify the relevance of the social meanings that determine upbringing. The socio-cultural contextualisation carried out denotes the need for education or information regarding the constitutive aspects of health as a holistic state of well-being, as well as the generation of spaces in which it is possible to identify points of insertion of the new paradigms that configure children as subjects of rights and the relationship that such configuration has with the development of autonomy and the role of parents in the respect and construction of it.
