    El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar las características distintivas de la novela de formación en tres obras de una escritora española del cambio de milenio: Aloma Rodríguez. Qué puede ofrecer el bildungsroman como retrato de una sociedad y una época es una pregunta a la que intentaremos dar respuesta, gracias también a una conversación que tuvimos con la autora, puesto que la protagonista de sus novelas se sitúa en un lugar y un tiempo que pueden haberle facilitado una forma de vida y satisfacer ciertas inquietudes vitales y que, por eso, inevitablemente influyen en su proceso de aprendizaje y maduración.

    The objective of this work is to analyze the distinctive characteristics of the coming-of-age genre in three novels by a Spanish writer from the turn of the millennium: Alóma Rodríguez. What the bildungsroman can offer as a portrayal of a society and an era is a question we will attempt to answer, thanks also to a conversation we had with the author. The protagonist of her novels is situated in a specific place and time that may have provided her with a way of life and satisfied certain vital concerns. Consequently, these factors inevitably influence her learning process and maturation.
