    En el mundo de la formación jurídica, con el propósito de reorientar la educación con el fin de humanizarla, las Clínicas Jurídicas pueden constituir un instrumento de renovación del contrato social en la población universitaria, facilitando, a través de la metodología de aprendizaje-servicio, el compromiso con la sociedad a la que pertenecen los estudiantes. Para valorar cómo las Clínicas Jurídicas responden a esta finalidad es preciso conocerlas teniendo en cuenta el marco en el que se desarrolla cada una. En este artículo se presentan los objetivos, modo de trabajar y actividades que desarrolla la Clínica Jurídica ICADE de la Universidad Pontificia Comillas (España).

    In the world of legal training, with the purpose of reorienting education in order to humanize it, Legal Clinics can constitute an instrument of renewal of the social contract in the university population, facilitating, through the service-learning methodology, the commitment to the society to which the students belong. To assess how Legal Clinics meet this purpose, it is necessary to know them, considering the framework in which each one is developed. This article presents the objectives, way of working, and activities carried out by the ICADE Legal Clinic of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Spain).
