    Partiendo de un informe enviado en el verano de 1765 al Secretario de Gracia y Justicia sobre las inclinaciones tomistas o projesuitas de los magistrados de los principales tribunales españoles, se aborda en el presente artículo el estudio de su posterior trayectoria profesional para comprobar, de este modo, si las noticias suministradas en el escrito tuvieron incidencia en sus respectivos "cursus honorum".

    Starting from a report sent during the summer of 1765 to the Spanish Ministry of Justice about the Thomist or pro-jesuistic magistrates' inclinations of the main Spanish Courts, the present article analyses the study of his later professional career in order to check, in this way, if the information supplied in the document influenced his respective "cursus honorum".
