    Este artículo analiza la imagen del trabajo que construye Isaac Rosa en su novela de 2011, La mano invisible, así como en la adaptación que propone de esta novela la película de David Macián en 2016. Nuestra hipótesis es que la novela como la película, en un contexto de crisis tras 2008, cuestionan lo que significa trabajar y proponen una crítica del sistema productivo dentro de nuestras sociedades llevando al lector a reflexionar sobre su relación al trabajo, las relaciones de poder dentro de las empresas o la responsabilidad de cada uno en cuanto al mantenimiento de las estructuras económicas vigentes

    This article analyzes the image of working activity that Isaac Rosa builds in his novel, La mano invisible (2011), as well as in the adaptation of this novel proposed by the film by David Macián in 2016. Our hypothesis is that the novel as the film, in a context of crisis after 2008, question what it means to work and propose a critique of the productive system within our societies leading the reader to reflect on its relationship to work, the power relations within the companies or the responsibility of each one for maintaining the economic structures in force
