    Con el presente trabajo se pretende propiciar un espacio de reflexión al servicio de la intervención clínica. Nuestra intención es partir de una comprensión general del proceso adolescente y desde ahí mostrar algunas características diferenciadoras del adolescente grave, deteniéndonos más específicamente en el fenómeno depresivo y sus particulares manifestaciones. Se mostrarán de forma articulada los retos evolutivos más significativos a los que se enfrenta todo adolescente, con las dificultades observadas en la clínica del adolescente grave, que dificultan la posibilidad de alcanzar un proyecto vital propio.

    Conectaremos también con los orígenes del adolescente, de dónde viene éste, quien es su familia y su biografía, como ejes inevitablemente relacionados. Nos detendremos en conceptos como identidad, narcisismo, familia, depresión estructurante y depresión clínica. La parte final estará dedicada a la intervención y la relación terapéutica con el adolescente grave. Se presentarán viñetas clínicas para ejemplificar la exposición.

    With this work, it is intended to provide a space for reflection at the service of clinical intervention. Our intention is to start with a general understanding of the adolescent process and from there show some differentiating characteristics of the severe adolescent, stopping more specifically in the depressive phenomenon and its particular manifestations. The most significant evolutionary challenges faced by any adolescent will be shown in an articulated manner, with the difficulties observed in the severe adolescent clinic, which make it difficult to achieve a life project of their own. We will also connect with the origins of the adolescent, where they come from, who their family is and their biography, as inevitably related axes. We will focus on concepts such as identity, narcissism, family, structuring depression, and clinical depression. The final part will be dedicated to the intervention and therapeutic relationship with the severe adolescent.

    Clinical vignettes will be presented to exemplify exposure.
