Revisión sistemática sobre la relación entre apego y regulación emocional

    El presente estudio tiene como objetivo relevar las investigaciones científicas sobre la relación existente entre apego temprano y regulación emocional. Para ello se realizó una Revisión Sistemática utilizando la declaración PRISMA sobre las bases científicas Scielo, Redalyc y Bvsalud. Se utilizaron como términos de búsqueda Apego, encontrándose un total de 25.966 artículos y Regulación OR Desregulación Emocional, encontrándose 33.109. Se han incluido artículos de acceso abierto en idioma español publicados durante los últimos diez años. Luego del filtraje, cribado y cribado definitivo, los cuáles se encuentran expresados en el diagrama de flujo, se excluyeron 59.035 artículos, seleccionándose 40, tomando en consideración una muestra de 8933 individuos, 373 díadas madre-hijo, 190 tríadas madre-padre-hijo y 133 parejas. Los datos hallados, confirman que hay una relación positiva entre vínculos de apego y regulación emocional en las distintas etapas de la vida y entre apego inseguro y distintos padecimientos psicológicos tales como trastornos de ansiedad, depresión, somatización, TOC, Trastorno límite y consumo problemático de sustancias, tabaco y alcohol.

    The present study aims to relieve scientific research on the relationship between early attachment and emotional regulation. For this, a Systematic Review was carried out using the PRISMA statement on the scientific bases Scielo, Redalyc and Bvsalud. The searching terms were Attachment, finding a total of 25,966 articles and Regulation OR Emotional Dysregulation, finding 33,109. Open access articles in Spanish published during the last ten years have been included. After filtering, screening and definitive screening, which are expressed in the flow diagram, 59,035 articles were excluded, selecting 40, taking into consideration a sample of 8933 individuals, 373 mother-child dyads, 190 mother-father-child triads and 133 couples. The data found confirm that there is a positive relationship between secure attachment and emotional regulation in the different stages of life and between insecure attachment and different psychological conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, somatization, OCD, borderline disorder and problematic use of alcohol, drugs, tobacco and alcohol.
