La educación superior cubana en la formación de profesionales para el trabajo con la familia

    El Ministerio de Educación Superior rige metodológicamente la educación superior cubana. Su quehacer se distingue por la formación y consolidación de valores altamente humanistas, y la transmisión de conocimientos, habilidades y competencias pertinentes para el desempeño integral del profesional. Entre ellos, el respeto a la diversidad de la sociedad es un eslabón base para el trabajo con la familia. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo, promover los resultados de las universidades cubanas en la preparación de los profesionales para el trabajo con la familia. La metodología empleada fue mixta. Los resultados del abordaje de este propósito bajo el enfoque de la integración de los procesos sustantivos propiciaron la modificación de los planes de estudio, el redireccionamiento de las estrategias educativas en el 100 % de los años académicos, la realización de 96 investigaciones y 44 publicaciones sobre estos temas, y su inclusión como temáticas priorizadas en las obras que derivan del movimiento de artistas aficionados. Se concluye que, la preparación de la familia en torno a la dimensión ética de la sexualidad, la maternidad y la paternidad responsable, y la calidad de la comunicación intrafamiliar contribuye al bienestar de la familia como eslabón base de la sociedad cubana.

    The Ministry of Higher Education methodologically governs Cuban higher education. Its work is distinguished by the formation and consolidation of highly humanistic values, and the transmission of knowledge, skills and competencies relevant to the integral performance of the professional. Among them, respect for the diversity of society is a basic link for the work with the family. The objective of this study was to promote the results of Cuban universities in the preparation of professionals for work with the family. The methodology used was mixed. The results of the approach of this purpose under the focus of the integration of the substantive processes propitiated the modification of the study plans, the redirection of the educational strategies in 100 % of the academic years, the accomplishment of 96 investigations and 44 publications on these topics, and their inclusion as thematic prioritized in the works that derive from the movement of amateur artists. It is concluded that, the preparation of the family around the ethical dimension of sexuality, responsible maternity and paternity, and the quality of intra-family communication contributes to the well-being of the family as a base link of Cuban society.
