    La parroquia Belisario Quevedo es un área con potencial turístico, su principal atractivo constituye el cerro Putzalahua, con una altura de 3523 msnm, que por su forma y ubicación tiene un significado espiritual desde la religiosidad andina y belleza natural, permite el avistamiento de biodiversidad natural, es un mirador natural de volcanes, montañas y asentamientos poblacionales de la cordillera central de los Andes. Esta parroquia se ubica en el suroeste del cantón Latacunga en el kilómetro 5 a unos 15 minutos de la ciudad. Esta parroquia presenta potencialidades para el desarrollo de una Ruta Turística que integra la oferta de servicios, como la oferta de atractivos y recursos turísticos para que ayude al mejoramiento de ingresos económicos de las poblaciones locales, la revalorización de su cultura y la implementación de una nueva alternativa social y económica que es el turismo para el bienestar de la población de la parroquia Belisario Quevedo.  Por ello, se diseña la Ruta Turística “Belisario Quevedo- La Ruta de la Aventura” como un producto turístico llamativo para sus visitantes; para su diseño se partió de la evaluación del potencial turístico de la parroquia Belisario Quevedo, en el cual se identificaron las características demográficas  y naturales de la parroquia; posteriormente el análisis de la demanda turística potencial en el cual se investigó a través de una encuesta la aceptación de la Ruta Turística con las actividades que le gustaría realizar al turista y finalmente, se diseñó la Ruta, en el cual incluyó el paquete turístico, los costos, el mapa, hasta el folleto promocional de la de la Ruta Turística para poder ofrecerlo a los visitantes de la Parroquia Belisario Quevedo.

    The Belisario Quevedo parish is an area with tourist potential, its main attraction is the Putzalahua hill, with a height of 3,523 meters above sea level, which due to its shape and location has a spiritual meaning from Andean religiosity and natural beauty, allowing the sighting of natural biodiversity. , is a natural viewpoint of volcanoes, mountains and population settlements of the central mountain range of the Andes. This parish is located in the southwest of the Latacunga canton at kilometer 5, about 15 minutes from the city. This parish presents potential for the development of a Tourist Route that integrates the offer of services, such as the offer of tourist attractions and resources to help improve the economic income of local populations, the revaluation of their culture and the implementation of a new social and economic alternative that is tourism for the well-being of the population of the Belisario Quevedo parish.  For this reason, the Tourist Route “Belisario Quevedo – The Adventure Route” is designed as an attractive tourist product for its visitors; Its design was based on the evaluation of the tourist potential of the Belisario Quevedo parish, in which the demographic and natural characteristics of the parish were identified; Subsequently, the analysis of the potential tourist demand in which the acceptance of the Tourist Route with the activities that the tourist would like to do was investigated through a survey and finally, the Route was designed, which included the tourist package, the costs, the map, even the promotional brochure of the Tourist Route to be able to offer it to visitors to the Belisario Quevedo Parish.
