    Esta investigación tiene como base el estudio de los estilos de liderazgo que se aplican en el actuar de la Mesa de Turismo de la Provincia de Pastaza en Ecuador. Este estudio tiene un enfoque cualitativo, la investigación es descriptiva y de campo a través de la observación directa incluyendo la participación activa en el proceso de fortalecimiento de este organismo como fueron talleres y sesiones de trabajo. El Objetivo de esta investigación es analizar los estilos de liderazgo que emplean en el accionar de la Mesa de Turismo de la Provincia de Pastaza como ente concertador y coordinador del desarrollo turístico sostenible de la provincia mencionada. Los Resultados de esta investigación ayudan a la identificación de los estilos de liderazgo que se están aplicando y al fortalecimiento de este organismo para ejercer su liderazgo en el ámbito turístico de la provincia de Pastaza.

    This research is based on the study of the leadership styles that are applied in the actions of the Tourism Board of the Province of Pastaza in Ecuador. This study has a qualitative approach, the research is descriptive and in the field through direct observation, including active participation in the process of strengthening this organism, such as workshops and work sessions. The Objective of this research is to analyze the leadership styles used in the actions of the Pastaza Province Tourism Board as the coordinating and coordinating body of sustainable tourism development in the aforementioned province. The Results of this research help to identify the leadership styles that are being applied and to strengthen this body to exercise its leadership in the tourism field of the province of Pastaza.
