    Este documento analiza tres aspectos relevantes del Centro de formación para el trabajo SENA Centro de industria y la construcción para fortalecer el desempeño innovador de la industria manufactura de la región del Tolima. La hipótesis es que se deben de conocer los factores externos e internos del sector para proporcionar formaciones pertinentes  a la enmendadas por el sector productivo;  El análisis se basa en los datos proporcionados por la  Encuesta de Innovación y Desarrollo Tecnológico para el sector de la industria y manufacturero (Edit 21017-2018), el plan tecnológico 2020-2030 del Centro de formación y la encuesta bajo metodología Cemprende en un ejercicio de construcción colectiva realizado con 13 actores del sistema de emprendimiento e innovación. Finalmente, con base en los resultados se hacen recomendaciones estratégicas para el Centro de formación.

    This document analyzes three relevant aspects of the SENA Work Training Center Industry and Construction Center to strengthen the innovative performance of the manufacturing industry in the Tolima region. The hypothesis is that the external and internal factors of the sector must be known in order to provide training relevant to that amended by the productive sector; The analysis is based on the data provided by the Technological Innovation and Development Survey for the industry and manufacturing sector (Edit 21017-2018), the 2020-2030 technological plan of the Training Center and the survey under the Cemprende methodology in an exercise of collective construction carried out with 13 actors of the entrepreneurship and innovation system. Finally, based on the results, strategic recommendations are made for de training center.
