Rasgos del enfoque de derechos en la curadoría del Catálogo Nacional de Propuestas Artísticas y Culturales para Primera Infancia

    El siguiente trabajo es una muestra del material recogido y ordenado por el Catálogo Nacional de Propuestas Artísticas y Culturales para Primera Infancia, realizado por el Mi- nisterio de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio (2023), que permite señalar y reconocer el año de surgimiento, la cantidad de creaciones originales, los medios de comunicación, lugar de ubicación y carácter del trabajo de algunas compañías dedicadas a la creación escé- nica para la primera infancia en Chile. El objetivo de este ejercicio es caracterizar el enfoque de derecho de las infancias a la participación de la vida cultural de la sociedad como uno de los rasgos específicos de la curadoría de esta publicación. La revisión de este objeto de estudio posibilitaría plantear que, después del surgimiento del teatro infantil a principios de siglo XX (Echeverría), la profesionalización en los finales de la década de 1950 (Martínez) y su renovación como mecanismo de evasión de la censura militar a partir de 1973 (Rodrí- guez), nos encontraríamos frente a una cuarta etapa en el desarrollo de las artes escénicas para audiencias transversales, la que correspondería al mencionado enfoque de derechos (Sepúlveda). Esta perspectiva es la que atravesaría la mirada curatorial del Catálogo Nacio- nal de Propuestas Artísticas y Culturales para Primera Infancia y, por extensión, el trabajo de las compañías seleccionadas.

    The following work is a sample of the material collected and organized by the Na- tional Catalog of Artistic and Cultural Proposals for Early Childhood, carried out by the Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Heritage (2023), which allows to recognize the year of emer- gence, the number of original creations, the channels of communication, location and na- ture of the work of some companies dedicated to scenic creation for early childhood in Chile. The objective of this exercise is to characterize the approach of children's right to participate in the cultural life of society as one of the specific features of the curation of this publication. The review of this object of study would allow to propose that, after the emergence of children's theater at the beginning of the 20th century (Echeverría), the pro- fessionalization in the late 1950s (Martínez) and its renewal as a mechanism to evade mi- litary censorship in 1973 (Rodríguez), we would find ourselves facing a fourth stage in the development of the performing arts for transversal audiences, which would correspond to the aforementioned rights approach (Sepúlveda). This perspective is what crosses the cura- torship of the National Catalog of Artistic and Cultural Proposals for Early Childhood and, by extension, the work of the selected companies
