Resumen de Marco filosófico de la gestión universitaria: una mirada desde los fundamentos de la estrategia gerencial

  Desde la perspectiva de los planteamientos de Serna (2014), “si no está claro para dónde vamos, terminaremos llegando a donde no queremos ir”, y esa en esencia constituye el fundamento del reconocimiento del marco filosófico de la estrategia gerencial, constituido por la visión, misión y objetivos. De allí la importancia de presentar esta reflexión, en la cual se realiza una mirada más profunda al proceso de gestión dentro de las instituciones universitarias, desde la perspectiva del marco filosófico que sustenta este importante proceso. En este trabajo de carácter documental, sustentado en la revisión de contenido de investigaciones y bibliografía especializada, permite visualizar los aspectos teóricos, teóricos y conceptuales a considerar para comprender el marco filosófico de la gestión universitaria.

  From the perspective of Serna's approaches (2014), “if it is not clear where we are going, we will end up reaching where we do not want to go”, and that in essence constitutes the foundation of the recognition of the philosophical framework of managerial strategy, consisting of the vision, mission and objectives. Hence the importance of presenting this reflection, in which a deeper look at the management process within university institutions is made, from the perspective of the philosophical framework that sustains this important process. In this documentary work, based on the review of research content and specialized bibliography, it allows to visualize the theoretical, theoretical and conceptual aspects to be considered in order to understand the philosophical framework of university management.
