    Comprender la violencia en el escenario escolar, requiere profundizar en otros contextos en los que tanto el sujeto activo, pasivo y el tercero (observador), conviven. En este sentido, se reporta a partir de una revisión documental la caracterización del perfil del victimario, la víctima y del observador dentro de la trama de violencia escolar; el primero, se asume como un sujeto proveniente de un ambiente familiar en conflicto y con una elevada disfuncionalidad, desarticulado o fragmentado, en el que se adolece de la figura de autoridad y definición de pautas de convivencia sustentadas en el reconocimiento y el respeto del otro. Por su parte, el sujeto pasivo, usualmente proviene de modos de crianza férreos, con escasa comunicación y con el uso de reglas que por su imposición sistemática ocasionan adopción de comportamientos sumisos, escasa autonomía y estima baja que le hacen propenso al ejercicio del poder de dominación, control y manipulación; con respecto al tercero observador, se asume como un sujeto distante, con bajo juicio moral, poco empático y responsable aupar el acto violento a través del desafío, de uso de palabras hirientes e instigadoras del acoso, del maltrato y el despliegue de un juego arbitrario sobre los más vulnerables.

    Understanding violence in the school setting requires delving into other contexts in which both the active and passive subjects and the third party (observer) coexist. In this sense, the characterization of the profile of the perpetrator, the victim and the observer within the school violence plot is reported based on a documentary review; The first is assumed as a subject coming from a family environment in conflict and with high dysfunctionality, disjointed or fragmented, in which the figure of authority and definition of coexistence patterns supported by the recognition and respect of the other are lacking. For its part, the passive subject usually comes from strict ways of upbringing, with little communication and the use of rules that, due to their systematic imposition, cause the adoption of submissive behaviors, little autonomy and low esteem that make them prone to the exercise of the power of domination, control and manipulation; With respect to the third observer, he is assumed to be a distant subject, with low moral judgment, not very empathetic and responsible, promoting the violent act through defiance, the use of hurtful words and instigators of harassment, mistreatment and the deployment of an arbitrary game. on the most vulnerable.
