  • Resumen
    • The interest aroused by the topic of the rule of law and sustainable development in West Africa lies in the relationship that these two concepts can maintain for the construction of truly autonomous and independent States with a standard of living that guarantees dignity to all their populations. It is about asking how the rule of law can be a factor of sustainable development in West African coun- tries. In this work, the need for the rule of law as a prerequisite for achieving the sustainable development goals aimed at protecting human dignity is clearly exposed. It should be noted that, efforts are being made to implement policies that consider the aspects of sustainable development, and that base public action on the observance of the rules of good governance and the rule of law.
