Modelo integral de gestión para la supervisión educativa: una mirada Praxiológica

    El siguiente estudio tuvo como propósito conocer la acción praxiológica de la función supervisora para la construcción de un modelo integral de gestión hacia la transformación educativa vinculada a los circuitos ubicados en la Parroquia Guerrera Ana Soto de Barquisimeto, Estado Lara. Metodológicamente, se siguieron las pautas de la Investigación Acción Participativa de Murcia (1990) y bajo el enfoque cualitativo, se aplicó una entrevista focalizada a tres (3) actores sociales donde se pudo constatar la dificultad existente en cuanto a la necesidad de atención a la hora de tomar decisiones y aplicar la celeridad en las respuestas hacia la comunidad, por parte de la supervisión circuital. Es, desde la Pedagogía de la Ternura y la Pedagogía del Amor, el Ejemplo y la Curiosidad, como se permitió reflexionar acerca de que el trabajo en conjunto es más aliviado y ayuda a que las metas trazadas se cumplan en el tiempo y espacio acordados con el fin último de transformar nuestra propia realidad y asegurar un mejor porvenir.

    The purpose of the following study was to know the praxiological action of the supervisory function for the construction of an integral management model towards the educational transformation linked to the circuits located in the warrior parish Ana Soto of Barquisimeto, Lara state. Methodologically, the guidelines of the participatory action research of Murcia (1990) were followed and under the qualitative approach, a focused interview was applied to three (3) social actors where it was possible to verify the existing difficulty regarding the need for attention to time to make decisions and apply speed in responses to the community, by circuit supervision. It is, from the pedagogy of tenderness and the pedagogy of love, example and curiosity, as it was allowed to reflect on the fact that working together is more alleviated and helps to achieve the goals set in the time and space agreed with the ultimate goal of transforming our own reality and ensuring a better future.
