Cultura investigativa en la formación del comunicador social. Una revisión científica

    La comunicación social no evidencia fortalezas significativas en la investigación científica por lo que se hace necesario fomentar y promover la cultura de investigación.  El estudio tiene el propósito de realizar una revisión sistemática a la cultura investigativa en la formación de investigadores en comunicación social y analizar los avances y retos, con el objetivo de que se identifiquen experiencias, estrategias, métodos y acciones que puedan replicarse como buenas prácticas. La investigación utilizó el método descriptivo, analítico y el uso de técnicas cualitativas. A partir del estado del arte, se hace una revisión a la literatura académica internacional, regional y local en bases de datos y repositorios académicos a las que se tuvo acceso, de los cuales seleccionamos 15 estudios, los cuales evidencias los conceptos de cultura investigativa y formación en comunicación social de los últimos 5 años (2023-2018). Los hallazgos reflejan la preocupación de las academias, organizaciones e investigadores por la formación en cultura investigativa y se concluye que es necesario implementar y dar seguimiento a la cultura investigativa e integrar un sistema de investigación en la formación de formadores en las universidades y facultades de comunicación social.

    Social communication does not show significant strengths in scientific research, which is why it is necessary to foster and promote a research culture. The purpose of the study is to carry out a systematicreview of the research culture in the training of researchers in social communication and analyze the advances and challenges, with the aim of identifying experiences, strategies, methods and actions that can be replicated as good practices. The research used the descriptive, analytical method and the use of qualitative techniques. Based on the state of the art, a review is made of the international, regional and local academic literature in databases and academic repositories to which we had access, from which we selected 15 studies, which evidence the concepts of investigative culture and training in social communication for the last 5 years (2023-2018). The findings reflect the concern of academies, organizations and researchers for training in research culture and it is concluded that it is necessary to implement and monitor the research culture and integrate a research system in the training of trainers in universities and communication faculties social.
