    Existen muchos recursos que la naturaleza nos proporciona y uno de estos productos es el Guandú. En este proyecto vamos a analizar la comercialización de enlatados de Guandú, el proceso que se da para lograr un producto con buena demanda y el efecto que tiene la producción y distribución del grano de guandú dentro del mercado de enlatados. Las preferencias y opiniones de la muestra de la población utilizada del corregimiento de Penonomé fueron obtenidas por medio del método de encuestas y luego medidas por frecuencia y el uso de tablas cruzadas. El guandú es un alimento que en todo el país tiene una gran relevancia, las familias panameñas tienden a siempre buscar la mejor calidad de este, su demanda especialmente en Panamá es alta, teniendo en cuenta los valores de producción que se obtiene de este rubro, observamos que económicamente afecta a toda una provincia.

    There are many resources that nature provides us and one of these products is the pigeon. In this project we will analyze the commercialization of canned pigeon, the process that is given to achieve a product with good demand and the effect that has the production and distribution of the grain of pigeon within the canned market. The preferences and opinions of the sample of the population used in the township of Penonome were obtained by means of the survey method and then measured by frequency and the use of cross tables. The pigeon is a food that throughout the country has a great relevance, Panamanian families tend to always seek the best quality of this, their demand especially in Panama is high, taking into account the values of production that is obtained from this item, we see that it economically affects a whole province.
