    e cuestiona el nulo valor que tiene una disputa en facebook o twitter, pero pocas veces se pregunta cuáles son las habilidades o características que definen a un intelectual y si estas habilidades han tenido o tienen algún efecto dentro y fuera del ámbito institucional que le es propio a la labor intelectual-humanística. Las reflexiones principales en el artículo son: cómo nos adherimos a un determinado perfil que trasladamos al ámbito digital asumiendo que funciona del mismo modo y que pretende las mismas finalidades, pero que pocas veces analizamos la actualidad y efectividad del mismo. Sin embargo, si tomamos una postura militante tradicional, nos parece insuficiente. En otras ocasiones, si asumimos una posición académica moderna, consideramos indigno ese “espacio de debate”, porque pensamos que se aleja de determinadas habilidades, cualidades o características propias del intelectual, filósofo o humanista.

    There has never been such an opportunity for discussion, of critic as in the era of social networks. However, if we take traditional militant stance it seems insufficient. At other times, if we take a moder academic position, we deem unworthy that “space for debate” because we think that it parts with certain abilities, qualities or characteristics of the intellectual, philosopher and humanist. The null value of a dispute on facebook or twitter is questioned, but it is rarely questioned what abilities or characteristics define an intellectual and if these abilities have or have had any effect within and outside the institutional framework of its own intellectual-humanisticwork. The problem I’d like to focus on is: how we adhere to certain profile that we move to the digital world assuming it will work the same and that it pretends the same finalities, but that we rarely we analyze its effectiveness today.
