  Las tecnologías de información y comunicación se han introducido en la vida cotidiana y la educación superior no ha sido una excepción. Sin un plan global para ello, en las diversas entidades y dependencias de la UNAM se han constituido plataformas, tanto de apoyo al aprendizaje presencial, como de sustento para el aprendizaje a distancia. Asimismo, se han creado multitud de repositorios que albergan el trabajo incansable de muchos profesores. Este crecimiento ha sido rápido y simultáneo. Por lo cual, se hace necesario hacer un alto en el camino para analizar su estatus y posibles consecuencias. En este trabajo presentamos algunos de los principales hallazgos del Primer Censo de Herramientas de Gestión de Cursos y Repositorios Digitales de Aprendizaje, llevado a cabo en el año lectivo de 2015 en toda la UNAM. Se analiza brevemente el contexto de este Censo y sus implicaciones con respecto al uso crítico y reflexivo de las tecnologías en la educación superior.  >> Leer más

  Information and communication technologies have become part of our daily life and higher education hasn’t been an exception. Without a global plan for it, it, most of the UNAM entities have developed virtual learning environments to support both face-to- face learning and distance learning. Also, they have been created a multitude of repositories that house the relevant work of many teachers. This growth has been rapid and simultaneous within UNAM entities. Therefore, it becomes necessary to stop on the way to analyze their status and possible consequences. We present some of the main findings of the First Census of Virtual Learning Environments and Digital Repositories, held in the school year 2015 throughout the UNAM. The context of this Census and its implications with respect to critical and reflective use of technology in higher education are discussed briefly.
